Yeah, something to keep in mind is that the Townhouses don't really need a community center since they're only a couple hundred feet from Robert Purcell Community Center, which is bigger and better in almost every way.

I'd still recommend getting a fan for sleeping the first month or two though. Also, I paid the activity fee and I did use the movie "rental" thing at least a couple times a month. It's probably different when you don't have a roommate who decided to buy his own TV though.

the townhouses are quite close to all of the other dorms, dont worry about being "disconnected" from the rest of north campus. If I had to pick a place to live, it'd def. be the townhouses.

Thanks for all of the feedback. I, personally, feel a whole lot better about the townhouses now. I can't wait to be at Cornell!!
