Really really quick yes/no question about Cornell

If I apply ED to cornell, can I still EA to other colleges that are multi-choice?

I'm pretty sure you can as long as those EA's aren't single choice, like you said.

If you get into Cornell, however, you will need to withdrawl your applications from all EA schools. If it is a school like Harvard, Yale, Stanford, etc. You can't do Cornell ED and any of those early because they are all binding. You'd have to choose one.

HYS is SCEA, so you can't apply there and Cornell ED.
