Has anyone taken ENGRD 270 with Resnik?

Do you really need Math 294 for it?

Resnick has the reputation as one of the most difficult and jerk professors in engineering. He taught 270 in the fall of 2004 and set the mean at a C. His notes are written basically in all mathematical notation without almost no explanation, and he simply does not give enough practice problems.

And you do need a bit of 294 knowledge for the last part of the course, but its only stuff like basis/matrix math/etc. I guess you can learn it yourself.

I would try to avoid taking 270 with him if you can.
