I got a Likely Letter from Cornell!!!!!!

"Dear (name here),

"I'm writing to let you know how much the admissions selection committee enjoyed reading your application. Your academic and personal achievements are outstanding, and your future goals seem well suited to Cornell University. Although the Ivy League schools won't notify students of their admission decisions until early April, it may excite you to know that you are very likely to be admitted to Cornell."

By the way I applied as a Political Science major to the College of Arts and Sciences (at least I think its Arts and Sciences)

The letter was dated March 11, 2005

3.8ish GPA
summer internship at medical college of wisconsin
decent ec's, president of a couple clubs basketball and football
really good teacher rec's
okay essay about achievement gap between blacks and whites educationally and my thoughts being a young black male

YAY!!! I just got mine today...!!!... I had gotten one from Dartmouth in February and this late into march i was thinking that i wouldnt get one... im still holding out for a couple of others including Harvard and Yale,,, but as for right now,,, this one looks good ;-)..... anyone know which one I should choose... Cornell or Dartmouth... can anyone gimme any specific advice and not just biased stuff cause it happens to be on the Cornell board... lol .. ;-)

I had a difficult time deciding between Cornell and Dartmouth when I applied ED, there's too many reasons to list why I choose Cornell, I'm probably biased anyway...
