@Sapere: I thought you found some of the pictures from Facebook. I already checked the website before, so I already know about the page that you put up the link. Do you have the link for the pictures that you found on Facebook? thank you

the only reason your low rise suite will suck is b/c the people in your suite are jocks and never around or they're generally anti-social...

I'm really sorry, but I don't. I know some dorms have pictures of LR6, but I haven't been able to find them. If there are any students here who have been in LR6 and have photos, that would be extremely helpful.

its nothing fancy ladies and gentlemen...the walls are off-white dryboard, the dressers are economy class wood, carpet is what you would find in an office...

low rises and high rises look the same (room wise)

just to add some more...the only bad thing about a dorm will be if you hate your roomate...or if your suite is boring...

while you may be psyched about going to cornell and having COLLEGE TYPE FUN...you have to realize that cornell doesnt play games...

Class of 2012 - Cornell University

click on photos, that's assuming you can log into the page.

It gives you a few nice pics of the inside.

I found some other dorms groups on Facebook, but I was unable to find LR6. Sorry.

4 washers and 4 dryers means that you will struggle with laundry if you wait until the weekend (especially sunday)

the best way to go about laundry is to try to do it during the week...

I just logged in to housing portal and found that they added another room with the same number just like my room.

At first it was like this:
LR#6 6351-1 - Empty -
LR#6 6351-2 - Empty -
LR#6 6351-1 xxxx
LR#6 6351-2 xxxx
LR#6 6351-3 xxxx
LR#6 6352-1 xxxx
LR#6 6353-1 xxxx
LR#6 6354-1 xxxx
LR#6 6354-2 xxxx

Then they added another room:
LR#6 6351-1 - Empty -
LR#6 6351-2 - Empty -
LR#6 6351-1 xxxx
LR#6 6351-2 xxxx
LR#6 6351-3 xxxx
LR#6 6352-1 xxxx
LR#6 6353-1 xxxx
LR#6 6354-1 xxxx
LR#6 6354-2 xxxx
LR#6 6354-1 - Empty -
LR#6 6354-2 - Empty -
LR#6 6354-3 - Empty -

What does this mean?? Also, two rooms have the same number???

I think this is because you are in one of the lounges.

And they just added three more people.
