PLEASE HELP me set up my email account. I tried but idk if I am doing it clearly.

So is there a link or something telling me how to set it up? I followed the instructions that I received in the mail. So where do I go to check my email?

When I go to that website, it says error and it doesn't let me do anything.

Can someone tell me how to set it up from the start? I went to whoiam but it still doesn't let me do it.

To set up your e-mail: go to whoiam.cornell.edu

To check your e-mail: www.webmail.cornell.edu

All of Cornell's servers were down since Sunday....but, they're all working now so you shouldn't have any issues.
