good stats, weak ecs. chance me please?

hey guys, I'm a rising senior
I'm doing my essays right now, and I was wondering if i even have a chance at Cornell.
Any thoughts? How about Dartmouth?

Stats:
Unweighted GPA: 3.93
Rank: Top 5%
PSAT=208 (commended)
SAT I: Did not take.
SAT IIs: MATH 2 - 780
ACT: 33 (English - 31; Math - 36; Reading - 30; Science - 34); Essay - 9
APs: Biology - 5; Calculus AB - 4; Psychology - 5
Many honor classes in High School

Plans for Senior Year:
AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Physics C, AP ENGLISH, AP SPANISH

yeah you're gonna need a good engineering focused EC or a really good essay to set you apart from the other asian males.

this coming from an asian male going into engineering

you seem like a pretty strong math and science student as indicated by your ACT and AP grades. As a result, it seems kind of ironic that you wouldn't flock towards math and science clubs. If there are any in your school try to get in and gain office positions or if there aren't any, then make up one or two and make yourself president. Admis. committee may pick up on this but idk b/c sometimes I can be pretty critical of situations. I don't want you to get too overwhelmed with this suggestion, do what's best for you. I hope this helps.
