Ilr?

I visited Cornell a few weeks ago and fell in love with ILR and would like to know what chances I have of getting in. Also, what am I supposed to write for my ILR supplement?

SAT: 1420/2080
SAT II: US 750, Chem 670, taking Math 1 in two weeks
ACT: 30
Weighted avg: 97.6
Unweighted avg: 91.5
I have taken as many honors and APs as possible from 10th grade to 12th grade

ECs:
On the regional board of my Jewish Youth group
Involved member of my school's model congress - have won awards
national honor society
national english honor society
national science honor society - secretary
spent four months in Israel sophomore year
Volunteered with various special education programs since 9th grade
Camp counselor for the past two summers

What are my chances for ILR ED?
And what is Cornell looking for in an ILR supplement?
