Will apply for financial aid
Major in Chemical Engineering

4.13 weighted GPA
3.8 unweighted GPA

-Math: 780
-Verbal: 670
-Writing: 710

SAT Biology: 700
SAT Chemistry: 750
SAT Math 1: 750
SAT Math 2: 770

AP Biology: 5
AP Euro: 5

8 AP courses by end of senior year
10 Honors courses by end of senior year

Don't count yourself in yet.

While you have high enough stats, it comes down to fluffy factors. You being asian also doesn't help.
