Animal Sciences

"The curriculum is unusually flexible with the application of principles to a great variety of species...from farm animals to pets, laboratory animals, and even exotics."

The website makes it sound like I'll only be working with farm animals, except that "exotics" part. What does exotics even encompass? All the pictures were of cows licking people's faces and people shearing sheep. I'm hoping to become a vet so could this be a possible major for me.

we have a lot of farm animals here.
but yeah, you'll work with pets, too.
and you'll take a lot of physiology, microbio courses.
