4.01 W (~3.52 UW, had to calculate self, school only does weighted, but im pretty sure its correct)

well since you had family issues in 9th grade and since counselor wrote about it in the secondary school report, i would say that your relatively low school rank won't hurt you. your extracurricular activities are aight. you got more ECs than i do. either way i think you got a fairly good chance, but don't read so much into these 'chances' threads, cornell's admissions are pretty subjective.

you got more ap classes than i do

The GPA and high ACT score will help a lot. Also, is there no AP Psychology in your school?

there is but for our school the class is seen as a joke, very few people take it

I have no idea about chances, but from my PoV it seems like a long reach. Maybe if you're very lucky you'll get in. I don't know how much AP classes matter, though.
