your scores are just fine. i got in with 740, 720, and 640...there are so many components of your application that your SAT II scores won't make or break you.

is it bad if your trying to go into engineering and you get scores of 670 on math ii , 710 on math i, and 660 physics?

Those scores are a bit iffy honestly...but if your essays show fit and your grades in school and your ECs are up to standard, I think you should be fine.
