But there are 3 very minor ones.... my instead of me, need instead of needed, and comma instead of period

That's what I was hoping and at the very least, it'll show I'm human right? Plus it's kind of an emotional topic so hopefully they won't really care. But that poster on the first page really scared me saying the adcom told them we're basically done for.

Your essay was 1000 words? Wasn't the limit 500? They probably won't even read the whole thing.

Ha oh well. I guess it's not like I had a chance anyways. I'll just start prepping for rejection.

countryangel- Oh no, the typos were on the common app essay so no word limit technically. And I'm afraid to even go back and look at my supplement to see if there were typos.

Your neuroticism is probably the bigger issue here. Hopefully that didn't come across in your application.

^Lol wow, thanks. I actually took a professional personality evaluation thing and my neuroticism was extremely low, like 20% over all which means solid as a rock but I think it's just that I've been working towards Cornell for years and it's my absolutely first choice like life or death that I'm freaking out so bad.

I had a couple of stupid sentences in my essay. I had one insane sentence fragment. Like seriously, half of a sentence. And a few other typos and grammar mistakes and whatnot.

Guess where I am?

I had a few minor typo's too (I also did the me/my fail). I honestly don't think the adcoms notice or care. Each year, cornell receives 34,000 apps. They spend an average of 15 minutes or so on each app (from arts and sciences admissions lady). That is 8,500 man-hours of apps crap alone.
