Which AEW is the most helpful?

Hey next semester I'm thinking of taking the Matlab academic excellence workshop but I'm not sure if that is the most helpful. It will be either that Math 1920, or Physics but Ive heard the Math 1920 AEW is not helpful. Please provide any comments you may have.

I can tell you personally the MATLAB AEW is extremely helpful.

Some of the students say it's more valuable than actually going to lecture.
