Do I have a chance to transfer to Cornell in fall 2010?

I graduated from Frank Sinatra School of the ARts with a 93 average, took 4 AP classes, and, since I was an Instrumental Music major, I took music classes in addition to the academic classes. I was an editor for the school magazine, in the symphonic orchestra (which won two NYSSMAs this June), on the orchestra committee, and in the debate club. I was part of the National Honor Society and got a award for Academic Excellence and Leadership in Activities that improve the community. I also did over 300 hrs of community service. The only bad thing is my ACT score-- I got a 25. Another bad thing would be my SAT Subject Tests--600 on the Math Level 1 and 540 on the Literature.

Now, I am a freshman at Baruch College, joined two clubs, going to start another one later this semester, and I serve on the Undergraduate Student Body as a Class Representative on the Finance Committee.

I am planning to apply to Cornell for fall 2010 semester as a Religion major. DO I have a chance? And what should my GPA be? I am aiming for at least around a 3.7-3.8. IS that enough? Thanks
