hwhat? ilr is rolling?

so i didn't know (didn't care enough to look?) that ilr is rolling. since i haven't heard back yet, it's pretty safe to assume i'm getting a nice rejection letter tm, no?

Only the applications that have been reviewed completely for ILR get sent out. The rest (majority) get their decision tomorrow--be it acceptance, rejection, or waitlist.
