Transfer student, I need some feedback on transfering

I am a student at U Mich. The school is cool and all, but just to large and too far from home, so i decided to transfer. Coursework at Michigan does not come as too much of a challenge for me and i have a 3.8 right now. I am thinking about transfering to Dartmouth or Cornell.
So my questions are

1. What are my chances of being accepted as a transfer student?

2. How will the Dartmouth/Cornell coursework and classes stack up against Michigan?...will they be a lot harder? a little? not at all? is it harder to get A's at these colleges b/c of different grading systems?

Let me know, thanks
