Did any of you do a Dartmouth interview? And has any West coasters gotten one, or could they still be on the way here?

I'm just wondering because I know it's HIGHLY unlikely I got one. And my interview is tomorrow, and they probably have chosen not to interview likely letter recipients so that probably means no...

@Panddaa - I got a likely letter yesterday, and I was contacted for an interview the day before. I don't believe the alumni who do interviews actually know who got a likely.

I didn't attend a Dartmouth summer program. I'm from California, got my letter yesterday,had my interview this past Thursday, but the letter was dated before my interview. I am not a recruited athlete or urm, nor do I have high test scores...

My standardized test scores are not spectacular by Ivy standards, and my extracurriculars are strong but not outstanding. I'm a white male public school student from Louisiana. I've done summer programs throughout high school but none at Dartmouth. Hope that gives some perspective lol. I did submit the Arts Supplement on bassoon though, that may have helped my application to stand out.

Received my letter yesterday. White male from New York suburbia. 4.0, salutatorian, class president, 2340 SAT, no ACT. Wooot! I have my interview this Saturday haha, i suppose I'll be a bit more relaxed at this point. Now I have to visit!

just got mine today. Indian-American (Asian) male, had my interview in early January. I think my interview went very well but i'm not sure if that factored in at all

@ pandaa-I am on the west coast in San Francisco and I haven't gotten one, even though it is highly unlikely that i get one


For those who did get one congratulations ! Could you gives us some perspective to why you must have got them meaning did you excellent academic achievement or awesome extra curriculars
