Any knowledge of Dartmouth crew?

I just wrapped up sophomore year and having been exploring the option of rowing in college. My high school used the same facility to train over spring break as Dartmouth, and I was impressed by their team.

So, here are my stats; let me know if I'd be competitive on Dartmouth's crew or if I should contact the coach:
I was on first boat as sophomore (my school rows fours, so this is more competitive than eights)
I have a 6:34 2k
6 feet tall, 173 pounds
My boat won a few races, was competitive with top-tier rowing schools despite my high school not being known for its rowing program.
I also am #1 on my school's cross country team, won a road race last summer, have lettered in wrestling... not sure if that counts for anything.

Any goals I should set for Junior year?

Thanks

I suggest you post this under CC Athletic Recruits, there are a lot of similar discussions there.

You've not mentioned your academics. That will factor greatly as well. Good luck to you.

A friend of mine is in serious consideration. Rowed in a 2 time state champion boat. 6' 5" 225 lbs 6:17 2k in junior year. I am not sure about his grades but he strikes me as pretty bright. You have a great 2k time, but like me you might be a little short for the elite schools (my coach says 6'2" and above less than 6:20 2 k). Gl!
