What are my chances for ED

GPA- 96%
Rank- Withheld
ACT- 32 Composite
SAT II- US History: 740; Biology: 750
AP- 5 (AP Stat, AP Biology), 4 (AP Lang, AP Euro, AP US History) (2 Sophomore Year, 3 Junior Year)
Schedule- 4 APs this year (Chemistry, Lit, Economics (Micro and Macro), Calc) and dual enrolled in Penn State Univeristy for BIOL129 (Anatomy and Physiology); Most challenging schedule according to my guidance counselor
Commended, National Merit Scholarship Program

Essays: Great (I've put a lot of effort in them and I've only gotten positive feedback from teachers and counselors)

Recommendations: Strong and an excellent peer recommendation

Extracurricular Activities
Karate:
-Member of US National Team (Competed in 2008 Jr. World Championships)
-2nd Place 2008 Nationals
-Instructor and Coach
-Certified Judge (Youngest in USA)
-Got excellent recommendation from my instructor
-Many other local and regional medals
Mock Trial:
-Team Captain Junior and Senior Year
-Attorney since sophomore year, Witness since junior year
Research Intern at University of Tasmania , Australia
-De Facto leader of project that involved a graduate and undergraduate student
-Wrote Common App Essay about this
-Got excellent recommendation from supervisor

I also have arranged a position at a Dartmouth Bio lab that I would do research at if I am admitted (Included in a why Dartmouth letter to dean of admissions)

So, what are my chances? Thanks in advance!

I don't see anything explaining your interest in Biology. You look like a competitive applicant but the ACT score is on the lower side.

Interesting ECs. You seem to be a good match.
I intend to major in Biology as well. I researched locally though. MY ACT is 34 and UW GPA is 3.82. 9 APs and a bunch of ECs such as physician jobshadowing, president of environmental club, soup kitchen, USTA tournaments, state level medals in Forensics, debate club etc...
The downside is ORM (Asian) and International but studied in USA for the last 10 years. No green card yet.
I really hope to get in.

They will figure out a rank for you. With a 32 ACT, you would need a very high rank to be in the game unless you have a strong tip factor--underrepresented state/place, low income inner city...

your EC's, essay, and recs seem like they'd really appeal to Dartmouth... your transcript fits the bill; but your GPA and ACT are on the lower end of their spectrum, which might kill you (but with ED, I'd say reasonable reach)
