So I applied ED to Brown, but assuming I do not get in, can I take the SAT IIs in January to be considered for RD?

I just read on the website and it says test scores must be submitted prior to registration deadline, but I have never taken the SAT IIs so January would be my first time.

So can I take them for the first (and only) time in January?
