How long will it take for me to receive a decision?

So, I applied September 19th, sent in my ACT scores in July, and my transcripts/teacher recs. should be there this week.

How long do you think I will have to wait before I get an answer?

Thanks

Any news on your decision?

I just applied... five minutes ago. I'm hoping to get everything else in by the end of the month, gonna wait until my new SAT scores come in.

Nah, I can think of like, ten states that are absolutely ten times worse than Pennsylvania...

New Jersey, Alabama, Mississippi, Ohio, Kentucky, Nevada, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma... lol

It's not my first choice but I really loved the school when I visited, so if my top choices don't work out it'll be strongly considered. How about yourself?

haha touche.

i don't know how i feel about it because when i visited, i was really overwhelmed with chicago so i think that took away from the schools i saw, but we'll see. i suppose i could see myself there.

what do you think you're going to major in?

I loved Chicago... it was cleaner and better and nicer and more amazing in every possible way than LA and leagues ahead of NY... I could definately see myself there. Lincoln Park is a pretty chill neighborhood so living there would be pretty awesome, it's much nicer than where Loyola and U Chicago are (still no Evanston, though).

To be honest I have no clue, I think I put Latin American Studies or Environmental Sciences. I like them both, so we'll see what happens when I go to college and change my major about five times lol... and you?

i agree completely. i'm from the suburbs of philadelphia, so chicago was a complete change from what i'm used to...probably why i reacted the way i did.
loyola is in such a weird area. outside of the campus is creeeepy.

i think i want to major in secondary education to teach spanish and/or german. always subject to change, though. haha

Cleveland sucks and I don't like any of the in-state Ohio schools. But Notre Dame is my first choice, but I'd love to be in Chicago and isn't DePaul kind of close to Wrigley field?

Yeah, it does, but some people are pretty sensitive about that, I've learned that the hard way, lol(My dad was in the Coast Guard, so I'm not originally from Ohio). Cleveland is a hellhole, the mayor, the people running the city are doing a horrible job. Really the only school I'm considering in Ohio is the University of Dayton, my dad went there, and I like the campus and potential fields of study.
