scholarships

I am very interested in attending Depaul but the cost is too much. How much scholarship money could I get with a 30 on my ACT and a 3.8 weighted GPA?

My son and I had a five minute chat with a DePaul rep at a college fair this April, so I'm no expert on their scholarships and requirements to get them. I can tell you, however, that your record is not unlike my son's (31 ACT and a 3.6 weighted GPA) and he was told he'd be at the high end of the scholarships which require no special application, netting him about $14k. I didn't ask about larger awards as he typically doesn't really have a chance for those. But 14k was certainly a lot more than what the other reps were describing. Again, this is just an anecdote and to get the real scoop you should probably phone them.
