I've known that some decisions have been released ( both accepted and rejected). But I haven't got one. Does anyone know the explanation? Thank you in advance.

hmm, I got mine quite a few days ago, but as far as I know, they do not send all emails on the same day, and it's likely that yours has not been sent yet but you'll definately receive it very soon.

Or you might call the admissions? I won't be surprised if they do release results over the phone.

don't worry dude...i'm from Bulgaria and I got my decision some days ago...they'll send it to you soon, doesn't mean you didn't get accepted or anything
