i think it is more than most schools. i have two friends who are very involved in the alliance, and they do a lot of programs on campus. I also heard recently that Drew was once ranked #1 by Princeton Review for something like "most accepting of same-se relationships", not sure if this is true but it wouldn't really surprise me. Drew attracts so many different types of people that I think very few ppl actually stand out in a bad way.

It is far more than most schools. I went to a "gender bender" party in the dorms (that was the theme, girls dress as boys, boys as girls). Frankly, I stopped drinking, I couldn't tell one from the other. It was somewhat bothersome, I'm not homophobic but you could imagine what that was like. Anyway, you'll do fine there. Lurk around the theatre department. I also study at the library quite frequently, I wouldn't worry..
