Charge by quarter?

I'm on 5 year 3 co op. Suppose GPA goes well, since we got 3 quarters on the 1st year, and only 2 in-school quarters on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years because the other half of the year we'll be on coop, will my second year's tuition drop a big step down from my freshman year? Or they'd rather charge about the same amount on us?
I'm not sure does the University charge us on a quarter basis or annual basis ... e.g. tuition stays same amount every year, or same amount every quarter and no charge on co ops?

I ask because I think there's theratically a situation that a student will be on a net gain from the school, when he's charged less than he's awarded in fin aid, in some years.

Your tuition for the 5 years will remain around the same each year (slightly increased as most universities do). The 4 year tuition per year is more than the 5 year tuition per year, but they almost equal each other out when you look at the total cost because you're in classes the same number of terms regardless of the program.

Basically, they charge annually and not quarterly.
