Drexel Architecture

Can anyone tell me how the drexel architecture program is?
Is it good? bad?
What kinds of things does it focus on?
anything about it would be helpful.

also, on a side note, does anyone know how the dorms at this school are, cuz a friend of mine visited the school a while back and said that they were not good at all.
confirmation on this statement??

phillyJman, go visit the school yourself and see what you think. I think the dorms are very nice compared to many other schools I've seen. Of course, there are many dorms, and different styles, some newer, some older, honors dorms, suite style, traditional dorms, etc. I had a great time in my freshman dorm. The architecture program is very very competitive and only admits a few students each year. Other than that you may want to try to reach out to an actual architecture student for more information (I'm not one), or if your having trouble, call the architecture dept and ask for more information or to speak to/e-mail a faculty member.

I'm not an architecture major but my friends who are work extremely hard at all hours to complete their projects. It's a rigorous program but should prepare you well for a career.

The new dorms are really nice, like Race Street (honors suite-style housing). The other suite-style dorm Van-R is older and not as nice. The traditional style ones are getting pretty old and some are pretty dingy/falling apart but manageable. Depends on your personal preference, really. I loved living in Race but I know others loved Towers just as much. My one friend hated Calhoun and I had friends living in Myers over the summer and it wasn't too bad (albeit the occasional cockroach).
