Thats a rather ill posed question. It all depends on the criteria and the person judging. I go to Duke so I'd say Duke is better but really just in the vague way that I think my school must be better than all other schools. I have some friends at Rice who would tell you that Rice is obviously better. Now if you have some particular criterion in mind then you can make a meaningful comparison.
