Admission decisions?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how & when Duke notifies applicants of their admission decisions. Is it online in the status checker thing? Email? Or do I have to wait in the mail?

If it's anything like last year, you will find out online through the status checker. I think this is how the ED applicants found out this year, so I would imagine that they would do the same thing for RD.

Yeah...we found out this year through the online status checker/application checklist.

RD should be the same as ED.

Thanks guys, that's what I figured, but for my status checker under the tab that says "decision letter" or something, it only gives me information about Early Decision, telling me that I'll hear on Dec. 15. It says nothing about Regular Decision. Hmm. Oh, well. Probably won't gonna get in anyway...

Yeah...Duke doesn't do a great job in updating that. It's still telling me to get my application in by Nov 1st, even though I was accepted already.

hey guys.. I got an e-mail today (you probably did too) that said we can check our admissions decisions online starting on the 25th of March. hope that helps! good luck to you all!

Phew, I got that email, too. And I'm glad to hear my status checker isn't the only one that's outdated. Thanks!
