I submitted my housing application online about a week ago but the status on my Dukepass homepage is still saying I haven't submitted it. How long does it take to process the application? Is anyone else having this problem?

Could be that the computer system at Duke is a bit fubar atm. I know I submitted some application for something to duke back in april and it's still coming up as incomplete...

I actually had the same problem a week ago, but I emailed housing@studentaffairs.duke.edu, and they forwarded me to Catherine Cates kcates50@duke.edu about my problem. She was very prompt in helping me, and a day later my status showed up as complete.

Same situation for my D, and a prompt response from kcates as well, I believe, stating the application was complete, but it is still showwing as incomplete.
