No car

I don't have a car... and the schedule that I want is going to make me go between East and West Campus within 35 minutes- how far apart are the two campuses (if I'm walking)?

Even if you had a car, you wouldn't be able to use it between campuses on a consistent basis, unless you need to park for less than 2 hours and want to pay through the nose by the hour. Parking permits are limited by campus especially during the day. Freshmen can only parking on east, sophs on west, uppers on central or west depending on where they live. To my knowledge, no one commutes by car between campuses.

As for walking between east and west, you can take the bus, they usually run every 15 minutes between east and west and more frequently during peak hours in the morning and afternoon. Taking the bus usually takes 15-20 minutes maximum so I'd say 35min is enough to take to anywhere on campus you need to go. If you insist on walking however...plan on more than 35 minutes.
