| Premed Typical Schedule
What do typical premed students take if they wanna major in biology in their freshman year? I pretty much don't know anything about Duke's system in bio... do higher numbers mean more difficult courses? lol For predent, which would be the easiest A and would still fulfill the requisite for bio?

My friend who's a bio major took Bio 25/26 his freshmen year.
Higher numbers generally indicate higher level material which usually means tougher courses.

Do you have any AP credit in Bio, Math, or Chem?
Chem 21L is not a cakewalk, but it's not going to be as hard as some of your classes in later years. It's basically the first semester of chem that incoming freshmen take.
Do you want to minor in anything? Neuroscience, Econ, Political science, Psychology?

If you got a 5 on the AP Calc AB exam, you can skip math 31L and go on to math 32(no L) or 41L (most people recommend 32 over 41). What registration window do you have?
If you register tomorrow, I would recommend Math 32, Polisci 91D, Chem 21L (remember the lab!), and a Writing 20 like Science writing or writing in and about medicine.

Yeah. You can register at noon tomorrow. Get all the classes you want in your primary bookbag. Then put any classes you may want (in case any of your primary ones fill up) in your alternative bookbag. Then tomorrow, get online about ten minutes before noon and click the register for these classes button =)
