hey
I just visited it. Its got cardio, an indoor pool, several bball courts, and extensive weightlifting equipment. definitely all that you would need.
The gyms on West are nicer and certainly more extensive.

I'm not sure about the East gym, but the West one is usually most crowded from about 4:30-6:30 pm and then I've noticed around 9:30 pm. Other than that I never have a problem getting to use the equipment I want to. I'd imagine East is similar since those are always popular workout times, as class is over and you're procrastinating with the work

major problem with east campus gym: there are three treadmills, and half of the time two of them don't work. however, it is in a convenient location. west gym is AMAZING

I know there are racquetball courts on west at least. For a mostly freshman gym, East is still really great.
