I was just wondering to see how you guys are feeling about moving across the country....... and the whole change of scenery.
Also, will you guys be bringing you vehicles? |

| I am I am I am.
Where are you from specifically? We may have already met.
I am really excited to move across the country. But no, I won't be bringing a vehicle, because...I don't expect to be traversing across Durham and NC, at least not freshman year. Plus, driving across the country in my small sedan would cut even further into our short summer vacation (orientation is August 19th I believe). |

| yea, I'm not taking a car freshman year either. I don't think its worth taking it all the way over there considering well be on break for nearly 5 months out of the year, and likely wont be spending much of that time in Durham |

| I'm having my car transported for a couple hundred dollars because I don't feel comfortable being in a new city without a definite method of transportation (I don't like buses!).
I am from Mira Mesa High School, San Diego |

| Wow nice. I used to live like 5 miles from RB. I used to live in Scripps Ranch close to Poway. I miss San Diego =[ It's so much better than Hawaii. |

| I think there should be a thread for people from California. Stuff about pros and cons of "red eyes", best flights and connections. What makes sense to ship and how, vs shopping there, how your California friends holidays overlap with Dukes.... I would but I'm a parent..... |

| Shrinkrap, just join the facebook group for class of 2012 and post a thread. You'll get a lot more responses that way. |
