How do we send in or photo for the 2009 directory?

I was looking through the package today and I couldnt find instructions as to how to send in the photo.

you should receive a separate mailing that has a form and directions for the '09 directory.

I read on the mailing that they are going to send out a few more reminders so maybe if you're international then it hasnt gotten to you?

Well, last year, many students did not make it to the photo book.

I think the organization responsible for the publication is not very organized.
