1. Very likely. Since they've already decided on when they are releasing the results, I think it's possible that they are done by now (they are probably checking over to avoid any mistakes for the next few days).
2. After I got in during ED, I emailed my interviewer to inform her and thank her for everything she has done for me. She told me that she has seen a list of ED-ers who were accepted. So I'm guessing that Duke sends out a list to interviewers (or at least let them know which of their interviewees have been accepted).
