I'm not sure about your financial aid. However, I can give you a little information on if you'd be accepted or not. I think you would have a very good chance of getting in. My GPA was a little higher but my SATs are very similar to what yours were in high school, and I got in no problem. The AP classes are great, especially if you do well in them. I got a D in Calc and C in AP chemistry and I'm still in the honors program at Duquesne, so if you did badly on anything, they'll probably overlook that. Your class rank is very good. I would strongly suggest doing as much volunteering as possible (I see you've done some already), as Duquesne is very big on volunteering around Pittsburgh.
Another thing, just as kind of a warning, there is a very good music program here. However, those who aren't majoring in music sometimes have trouble getting involved with different things (marching band is an option, some other stuff too). Unless you are very determined and very good at your instrument, you probably won't be able to do the bigger concerts. If you do get to play, you probably will only get to play one semester. You can find people sitting on the lawn playing guitar all the time and stuff like that though.
