Sorry because this is a moronic question, but is the deadline 11:59 PM tomorrow night or 11:59 PM tonight? This is what I got from the email they sent:
The application deadline for Final Deadline is tomorrow! Online applications are due by midnight January 10. If you are applying using a paper application, it must be postmarked by January 10.
It seems as if they mean 1:59 tomorrow night. However, why not submit the application tonight just to be safe, no use in waiting until the last minute -- what if you encounter internet or other problems. Good Luck!
