I applied regular decision and wanted to know when they usually let you know of your accceptance/denial. I also did emory scholar, but my counselor didnt send the recommendation part of my regular application, not scholar part, in till Nov. 29, but i sent everything else in by Nov. 1. Will Emory penalize me for my counselor's mistake or will they still allow me to be considered for Emory scholar?

to answer the first question, it seems like from previous posts that you will find out on line this year on the date that they state (april 15 maybe??). you will still get the decision in the mail but it will be a few days later. the second question about the scholar app is a little difficult for most of us to answer so you might want to call admissions. but, seeing as decisions for scholars are not until the end of january or begining of february i would think that you would be ok with the late rec. just a thought.
