My D has no problems with AT&T. If you do a search, I think this question has been asked before.

I would stay away from T-Mobile. When I visited Emory with my T-Mobile phone, I had great difficulty making calls, and once they were connected, some calls were dropped.

DO NOT GET T-MOBILE!!!

DO NOT GET T-MOBILE!!!

Everyone I know who has T-Mobile cell phone service in the Druid Hills area, gets TERRIBLE reception. They have to go outside, sometimes, to even get any reception at all.

Anecdotal evidence, yes, but it could be of practical use in this situation.
