The easiest would be bull s**t engineering and the hardest would be mochilato (mochi-gelato) engineering.

No engineering degree compares to the underwater basket weaving degree offered at my school

No degree is really hard, per se, college is mostly about effective time management. Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) always get the hard label because it forces you to effectively use your time wisely. Put it like this, if you're the type of person who can't sit down for very long periods of time, get distracted easy, etc., then you're gonna find these engineering disciples pretty hard. Which one's the toughest of the three is based purely on opinion though.

Again, if a guy/girl studys all day every day, rarely goes for a social drink, doesn't participate in sporting events, doesn't get sexually frustrated, doesn't surf the web all day (facebook, social media, etc), then I just can't see why a reasonably intelligent person can't do well in any engineering discipline. Of cousre, I'm assuming that this person had a great math and science foundation in high school as well.

Also, why do you think so many foreign nationals excel at engineer? It's not that they're academically superior to anyone else, again, for the sames I just listed above, these young foreign guys/girls are discipline like none other.

Man, I just can't accept any argument other than mint chocolate chip. All other flavors just can't cut it by comparison.

They are all challenging. Which is the hardest? Depends on the school, depends on the person.

Mint chocolate chip? MINT? CHOCOLATE? CHIP?

You know nothing.

OP (and Muhammadbuk), chocolate chip cookie dough is the correct answer, and anyone who disagrees can meet me in front of the Beckman Institute at UIUC. Bring a dueling sword. I'll be the one with the pistol. I mean rifle. I mean sword. Yes, I will only be bringing a sword.

Yes, mint chocolate chip. Clearly the best answer. That is 100% objective!

You clearly know NOTHING of engineering, or of honor! I have been waiting for hours, HOURS, sir, for you to present yourself here for a duel, to determine who is correct the only appropriate way, man-to-man, sword-to-definitely-a-sword-not-a-gun, and still you have not shown.

I should have known not to expect honor from a mint chocololate chip fan. Good day to you sir!

Unfortunately the Beckman Institute is a hefty 928 miles from my current location by road. It will take me approximately 299 hours to walk there, so you may be waiting a little while. I will leave now, you meet me there next Sunday. Bring a spoon.
