Industrial Engineering Technicians
Vs.
Industrial Engineers

Pay wise, you can see that IET's middle 50% sits at ~$51K/year where as IE's mid 50% is at ~$79K/year.

Difference between "Industrial Engineering and industrial Engineering Technology

My first choice school has Industrial Engineering and my second choice has Industrial Engineering Technology. What's the difference between the two and is it a big enough difference that one major lead to higher paying jobs?
