Should I go back to school?

I've been doing some self study on ee and I am increasingly becoming interested in biology.
Is getting a masters in BME worth it? I'd like to work on artificial organs. Is there companies that strictly just work with cell, tissue, and organ? I don't want to help build the next big MRI. Just concentrated with making artificial organs.
