1-2 years more than the BS. You could speed it up by taking as many of the following in your undergrad as you can:
Intro materials science
Mechanics (statics and dynamics)
Organic chemistry
(Other than that, you need the math series, the physics series, and circuits. You should have those as an EE)
So it would be possible to do in 5 years? If all electives are geared towards bme during undergrad, then in my fifth year I could finish up? Also, if you do ee for 5 years does that mean you have masters in ee? Because on uakron.edu their is another track that says (Bachelors).
Not familiar with that specific university, so I honestly can't answer you. Check their website, or email someone.
But 4 years undergrad + 1 year masters is neither unheard of or unlikely. The classes I suggested can be finished in 4 years within a 4 year program.
