My son has been accepted by Purdue, San Jose State, and Cal Poly Pomona for Computer Science Major. We live in Silicon Valley and SJSU is about 20 minutes from home. Cal Poly Pomona offers a good solid computer science program, without too much traveling. Purdue is a big name school with excellent computer science program; however, it requires extensive traveling and out of state tuition.

Which university would you recommend among the three for computer science study?

Thank you.
