hardest companies to get a job in EE Digital Signal Processing

What are the hardest companies with 1 being the highest to get a good job in either Digital signal processing or computer hardware engineering? My dream job in this industry would be to work with Sony, so how hard in general would that be? I know it depends how high you want to move up, but microsoft jobs are harder to get than say some start up as well, so relatively, what do you guys think?
