straight to graduate programs

Why would you want to do something like this? How do you know you want to commit to graduate study at a specific school, let alone graduate study?

Perhaps OP was talking about the option to pursue graduate studies at the undergrad institution, but not committed to it. The school would accept you, but you don't have to attend if you decide you don't want to. If this is what OP is talking about, I don't understand why a school would make such a ridiculous offer. How can you determine if a student is right for grad studies when all you have to go by is the high school records?!

If you're in high school right now, it's too early to even think about grad schools, especially since you probably don't have a clue as to what area of your major you want to study in depth. And that's assuming you don't change majors, which is quite common.

Well, to be fair, medical schools do this for BS/MD and BA/MD programs. I'm in a BS/MD, so I've already been accepted to medical school based on my high school record. The program is non-binding on my part. Of course, I have to meet certain standards to stay in the program.

I know that Worcester Polytechnic Institute has a five year BS/MS program and googling it quickly brings up this page - but I know there are other subject areas besides Mech Eng too.

We had a tour of the labs with a couple of fifth year masters candidates and they were happy campers.

There probably are many combined programs that guarantee admission if you meet certain academic prerequisites, such as the BA/MD. So in a sense, you're not really guaranteed admission before your first semester, which is what I thought the OP meant. If it isn't I'm sorry for the confusion.
