I know i want to major in Engineering but i don't know what kind of engineer i want to be....As of right now, my major in Computer Engineering but i don't know if i stick with this major since i heard that a lot of computer engineering jobs are outsourcing to India or other places. What kind of engineering major can I easily get hired after graduating with a B.S, and it's secure. I would also want a job that design electronics like a iphone. Is mechanical major good? how about EE? I don't care about how much it pays,I just want to find a job after i graduate and it's secure.

If you want to design electronics, it seems like EE would be a good choice.

It's true that software engineering is sometimes outsourced (Although I still don't think it will be a problem for you to get a nice job in this field), but hardware engineering is rarely outsourced, and Computer Engineering gives you the benefit of going into either hardware or software.

The fact of the matter is, there really isn't much of a difference between majoring in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering as an undergrad. You could major in Computer Engineering and decide to go to grad school for Electrical Engineering, or vice versa. Also, most companies that are hiring for an entry-level Electrical Engineering position hire Computer Engineers for that position too, unless some specific specialization is requested.
