Computer Science/Engineering, which of these colleges?

Hi,
I'm an international student and I got into the following colleges, but I'm just going to list some of them:
UCLA
UCSD
UCSB
UCI (Regents)
UWash in Seattle
UIUC

I'm having a hard time choosing between these. As an international student, I know that UW's tuition is like 6k less compared to the others. I know that UIUC is ranked 5th for computer engineering according to USNEWS. However, I don't like the weather there as much compared to California. My top choice is UCLA, but should I consider UCI because of Regents and Honors which is only 2.5k/year? I also know that UW has a very good Comp Sci program.
Are there other important factors or facts about these colleges that I should consider?
Considering what I just said, which of these colleges would be more prestigious if I decide to work abroad, like in Asia for example?

If you plan to work in Asia, go by the US News engineering rankings.

In South America any top school will be fine, u might want to do a Co-op in South America in undergrad thou for some networking, try looking at each schools internship opportunities and etc., if going in to Comp. Eng have an ABET accredited degree should be a priority, use think about grad school.

ABET accreditation isn't necessary unless you're going for PE licensure. A lot of the top computer science and engineering programs don't even bother with accreditation.
