| They're both good schools. Pick whichever one you think you'd be happier at/least in-debt at. Both are well-regarded, everyone has their opinions about which is better, and we could debate this all day long and confuse you even further...
Bottom line, you'll get a good education at both, and it's time to consider things outside of prestige. West Lafayette and Madison are very different towns, and Purdue and UW have very different feels to them. If you think you'll be happier at Purdue, you can't go wrong with it. It's a very good program, and you'll have great opportunities upon graduating. |
